DNA Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected independent pharmacy group in the Worthing area of West Sussex.

The Role

Supporting the dispensing process with a strong focus on accuracy and patient safety

Final accuracy checking of dispensed prescriptions (for ACT-qualified candidates)

Stock control and inventory management

Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage orders

Supporting pharmacy services and day-to-day workflow

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, professional, and governance standards

ACT progression and training will be supported for suitable NVQ3-qualified technicians

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends

About You

A recognised Pharmacy Technician qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

ACT qualification, or a clear desire to progress into ACT training

Experience in a community pharmacy setting

Excellent attention to detail and a professional, patient-focused approach

Strong communication skills and a proactive team mindset
