DNA Recruitment is delighted to exclusively represent a well-established independent optician in Stowmarket, Suffolk, and we are looking to recruit a long-term locum Optometrist to join their patient-focused team. Our client is a team of trusted ophthalmic opticians, dispensing opticians, and eye care specialists who have been providing exceptional services to the Stowmarket community for many years. They provide high-quality care, fantastic eyewear solutions, and use the latest technology on the market. This is a quality-led practice with an excellent reputation in the local area, offering a supportive environment where patient care and clinical excellence are the priority. The practice provides a welcoming atmosphere for patients of all ages, from routine eye examinations to advanced diagnostics.
Start Date: 26/05/2026 β Minimum 9 months β Potential to extend
Days/Hours: Ideally 5 days per week, including some Saturdays β 3β5-day options available for the right candidate
- Weekdays: 9:00am β 5:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am β 5:15pm
Testing & Clinics:
- 30β45 minutes per test
- OCT, Optomap, Dry Eye Clinic, Colourimetry
- Well-staffed supporting team ensures smooth workflow and efficient patient care
