Opportunity - Service-Led Role | Independent Pharmacy (Linked to GP Surgery)

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist who wants to spend more time providing and developing services rather than being tied to the bench.
Why This Role Stands Out
You’ll be joining a strong, experienced team consisting of:
- 3-4 trained dispensers
- A Medicine Counter Assistant
- An Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)
With such robust dispensary support, checking will be minimal, allowing you to focus on:
- Delivering clinical services
- Growing the pharmacy’s service offering
- Supporting excellent patient care
This role and hours won’t suit everyone - but for the right pharmacist, it offers real scope to make an impact.
Hours & Working Pattern
Monday - Friday: 3pm - 9pm (30 hours per week) Optional weekend hours available if you prefer to increase to c.40 hours
Salary & Package
Competitive hourly rate, fully negotiable based on experience and services delivered
- 5 weeks’ holiday (pro rata)

- DPP support for the Independent Prescribing pathway
- Backing from a supportive senior management team, including a Pharmacist Manager and Superintendent Pharmacist
