DNA Recruitment is currently supporting a growing independent hearing care provider in the search for a qualified Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to cover parts of Devon, with a focus around Exeter/Torquay/Plymouth. This opportunity offers a strong basic salary, excellent benefits, and the chance to work within a patient-focused private environment, with manageable daily appointments and genuine earning potential.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary up to £40,000 - OTE 70K
- Attractive commission structure offering excellent earning potential
- Electric or hybrid company car (available for business and personal use)
- Fully insured - From day 1 of employment
- Fuel covered 45p per mile
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays

- 9:00am - 5:30pm working hours
The Role
- Deliver private hearing care services to patients across the Devon region
- Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and aftercare appointments
- Manage a schedule of approximately 4-6 patients per day, allowing time to provide excellent patient care
- Work across a defined local territory, with travel between patient locations where required
- Most working days will involve travel within the local area, although some days may involve travel of up to approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
Requirements
- HCPC registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
- Comfortable working across a regional territory
