Independent Community Pharmacy - Leeds Area, West Yorkshire

Salary: £73,000 - £81,000 per annum + Service Bonus

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (4 x 13-hour days, 8am - 9pm)

DNA Recruitment are recruiting for a strong Pharmacist Manager within a very busy GP surgery pharmacy setting. This will ideally suit a pharmacist who feels they have strong management skills in a clinical environment.

There is a genuine opportunity to progress into Superintendent Pharmacist responsibility (if it appeals), as well as support towards becoming an Independent Prescriber for those who aren’t already qualified.

It would suit a pharmacist who is happy to condense their working week into 4 long days, with 3 days off including every weekend - and high earning potential for someone looking for a long-term opportunity.

The Role

  • 52 hours per week across 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8am-9pm)
  • 3 days off per week, including every weekend
  • Based in a fast-paced GP surgery pharmacy, spread over an 80-hour week
  • Service-driven, with a strong team in place
  • Support includes dispensers, MCAs, supervisor, MDS-dedicated team, ACT support, and a foundation trainee pharmacist
  • Pharmacy is keen to adopt tech and systems to reduce checking burden and support service delivery
  • Close working relationship with the local GP surgery
