Location: North Bristol - BS36. A warm and welcoming large village just north of Bristol, known for its strong community spirit and friendly local atmosphere. With trusted independent businesses, supportive residents and a true neighbourhood feel, it’s a great place for pharmacists who value patient relationships and community.
Role Overview:
- Position: Pharmacist Manager (light management)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (paid lunch break) - NO Weekends
Pharmacy Profile:
- Prescription Volume: Medium-volume store - approx. 6,500 items
- Team Structure: Supportive, experienced team of 3 - including two full-time dispensers and a full-time counter assistant
- Additional Notes: Reasonable items, allowing greater focus on patient care; excellent potential for service development
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Negotiable basic + service bonus (PAYE)
- Alternative: Self-employed hourly rate option available
- Extras: Annual Leave: 5 weeks + bank holidays, Service bonus scheme, GPhC fees fully covered, Company pension scheme, Staff discount and other incentives
