DNA Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established independent pharmacy in Taunton to recruit a pharmacist to join their friendly, supportive, and patient-focused team.
With currently very low dispensing items per month, this pharmacy presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious pharmacist to shape its future. You'll have the chance to expand clinical services, increase prescription volume, and play a key role in the growth of both the business and the team.

You'll be joining a small, supportive team that is well resourced for the current prescription volume, including:
- 1 Dispenser β 36 hours per week
- 1 Dispenser β 40 hours per week
As the pharmacy continues to grow, the team structure will develop accordingly, with additional support recruited in line with the pharmacist's needs and the demands of the business. This provides an excellent opportunity to help shape both the team and the future direction of the pharmacy.
This structure allows the Pharmacist to focus on delivering outstanding patient care, building clinical services, and growing the pharmacy business.
