We’re partnering with a global organisation at the cutting edge of digital transformation and B2B engagement, seeking an experienced VP of Performance Marketing (Paid Media) to lead the strategy and elevate best practice across international markets.
This is a senior group-level leadership role, responsible for defining how paid media delivers measurable growth and brand impact across the business. You’ll set the strategic direction for all paid media channels—search, social, and programmatic—while fostering excellence across internal teams and agency partners worldwide.
The role
- Establish a unified vision and roadmap for paid media performance across global business units.
- Build frameworks, standards, and governance models that drive consistency, quality, and innovation.
- Develop and lead a centre of excellence for paid media, empowering regional teams with tools, insights, and best practices.
- Oversee agency and platform partnerships, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
