A well-established live events production partner is looking to bring in a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept through to delivery. This business works at the intersection of creativity and technical execution, delivering large-scale experiences for global brands and high-profile venues. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll take a brief from initial concept, shape the technical solution, and lead delivery on-site. You’ll act as the central point of coordination across clients, internal teams, and technical crews, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard both creatively and commercially. You’ll be trusted to own your projects, contribute to technical design, and drive outcomes that balance innovation with operational and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into viable technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts and delivery approaches
- Build and manage budgets, timelines, and logistics plans
- Produce detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
- Lead client communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee technical specifications across lighting, audio, and video elements

- Strong technical grounding in one core discipline (lighting, audio, or video), with working knowledge across the others

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and rental/project management systems
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and pricing
