About the Role
As Studio Production Lead, you’ll build and manage an on-site content team responsible for delivering high volumes of high-quality digital content across multiple European markets. You\’ll lead end-to-end creative production – from video and static asset creation to campaign toolkits and local market adaptations – while ensuring exceptional operational standards.
You’ll be responsible for managing studio workflows, maintaining brand consistency, and optimising production processes using tools like Jira and AI-driven platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and knows how to balance creative quality with speed and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily studio operations across digital, static, and video content production
- Deliver creative assets for campaigns, D2C always-on content, and channel exclusives
- Manage end-to-end production workflows using Jira, ensuring transparency and efficiency
- Implement automation and AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Creative X, Dragonfly) to improve turnaround time and quality
- Own production schedules, resource planning, and team allocation across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear briefs and smooth delivery
- Maintain detailed trackers, calendars, and status updates across all active workstreams
- Oversee asset storage, version control, and library hygiene, including AI-assisted tagging and search
- Act as final quality control on all creative outputs, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
- Report on studio performance and team bandwidth, continuously identifying areas to optimise
Skills and Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience in Content Production or Creative Operations within an agency
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-volume production across digital, video, and campaign content
- Experience working across European markets, including localisation and translation workflows
- Advanced skills in Jira (or similar tools) for project and workflow management
- Hands-on experience with asset management systems and content library organisation
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools for creative production
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for process improvement and creative quality
- Confident multitasker who can manage deadlines, dependencies, and production risks
