DNA Recruit are working to find someone for an ambitious, creatively led Connected Commerce Agency who is looking for a Senior Strategist (D2C) to play a key role in shaping and growing its direct-to-consumer offering. Working across globally recognised brands, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, commerce and experience, helping to deliver world-class D2C solutions that seamlessly connect physical and digital channels. This is an opportunity for a modern, agile strategist who thrives on innovation, understands culture and consumer behaviour, and can turn insight into ideas that drive real commercial impact.

About the Role

  • Lead and shape D2C strategy across major brand clients, from insight through to execution
  • Develop strategies that power creativity, experiences and moments of truth across retail, experiential and digital commerce
  • Translate strategic thinking into tangible outcomes across UX, CX, product design, tech and integrated campaigns
  • Partner closely with clients, building trusted relationships and turning ideas into action
  • Collaborate with creative, tech, data, retail and digital specialists to deliver joined-up solutions
  • Write inspiring briefs, uncover cultural insights and explore new innovations and platforms
  • Champion insight-led innovation that enhances consumer experience, commercial performance and client relationships

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong strategic fundamentals with the ability to adapt to new tools, frameworks and approaches
  • Proven experience delivering brand, experience and commerce-led strategy
  • Comfortable reframing challenges to unlock fresh, impactful solutions
  • End-to-end thinker with a desire to see strategy through to execution and outcomes
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence and inspire internally and externally
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Agile mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments with varied briefs
  • Highly collaborative, working effectively across creative, tech, retail and data teams
