We’re hiring experienced recruiters into DNA to build out specialist desks across our core markets: Creative, Planning & Strategy, Client Services, and Delivery, Production & Operations. This role is built around true specialism. You won’t be spread across multiple areas or working a mixed desk. You’ll take ownership of a defined niche and build real depth in that market over time.
You’ll be leveraging an existing base of client relationships to establish and grow your desk, introducing your specialism into accounts that already trust how we work. A strong proportion of those relationships are retained, which means higher-quality briefs, better conversion, and more consultative partnerships.
The focus of the role is:
- Owning and developing a specialist market
- Building long-term client relationships
- Delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment
- Growing your desk in a structured, sustainable way
DNA is a fully remote business by design. The team is made up of experienced recruiters who are trusted to run their desk, with clear structure and expectations around performance. The infrastructure is set up to support proper desk growth. That includes an established client base, a strong tech stack, and access to the kinds of networks and environments that put you in front of the right people in your market.
You’ll be supported by leaders who still bill and are actively in the market, so guidance is relevant and grounded. As your desk grows, you’ll also have access to candidate resourcing support designed to keep your time focused on revenue-generating activity.
From a commercial perspective, consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, alongside a competitive base and additional incentives.
This tends to suit someone who:
- is already operating at Senior Consultant level with a consistent billing track record
- wants to specialise and build authority in a defined market
- is looking to continue developing a niche they’re already credible in, with the platform and network to take it further
- values autonomy but still wants access to experienced, billing leadership
