A leading live events production company is looking for a Senior Scenic Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile scenic and staging projects across immersive experiences, brand activations and live events. This is a senior position within a fast-paced production environment, taking ownership of complex scenic builds from brief through to onsite delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, internal departments and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high creative and technical standard. The business delivers ambitious live experiences for globally recognised brands and is known for combining creative excellence with high-end technical production.
The Role:
- Lead the delivery of complex scenic and staging projects from concept through to installation
- Produce technical drawings, quotations and project documentation
- Manage scenic budgets, timelines, logistics and supplier coordination
- Collaborate with workshop, warehouse and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee onsite installs and manage teams during venue transformations
- Interpret client briefs with both a creative and commercial mindset
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Specify construction methods, materials and finishes across a range of scenic builds
- Support and mentor junior team members where required
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in scenic project management within live events, exhibitions, experiential or production
- Confident producing technical construction drawings in AutoCAD or similar software
- Excellent knowledge of scenic construction methods, materials and finishes
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and quotations
- Comfortable leading teams onsite in high-pressure environments
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
