The focus is on driving revenue through high-value, consultative recruitment across agency, events, creative, marketing and adjacent sectors in the US. It’s for someone who enjoys building markets, opening doors, developing long-term client relationships, and creating meaningful commercial growth.

You’ll be leveraging an existing base of client relationships to expand DNA’s US offering, introducing specialist recruitment capability into accounts while actively building new partnerships and developing a strong personal market presence.

The commercial model is strong. Consultants take home up to 40% of what they bill, alongside a competitive base and incentives, creating significant earning potential for someone capable of building a high-revenue market.

  • Has a strong track record of business development and revenue generation within recruitment
  • Enjoys building markets, opening new client relationships, and developing long-term commercial partnerships
  • Wants the autonomy to build something properly, while still having experienced, billing leadership around them
