An established live events and production company is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end corporate, experiential and live event projects from brief through to onsite execution. Working across a wide range of projects, this role will manage all operational and production aspects of delivery, coordinating suppliers, technical teams, fabrication, logistics and onsite activity to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end production delivery across multiple live event and experiential projects
- Coordinate all scenic and technical production elements including staging, set build, fabrication, logistics, AV, lighting, sound and crew
- Liaise closely with clients, venues, suppliers and internal creative and production teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and manage production schedules, budgets and key project documentation
- Oversee onsite installations, live event delivery and de-rigs, ensuring projects run smoothly under tight timelines
- Manage suppliers, freelancers and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery across all project stages
- Ensure health & safety compliance and operational best practice across projects
- Problem-solve effectively in fast-paced live environments and maintain high standards under pressure
- Support the wider production team with planning, logistics and technical coordination
The ideal background:
- Strong experience within live events, experiential, entertainment or production environments
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience managing crews, suppliers, fabrication teams and technical partners
- Ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Flexible approach to onsite work, travel and live event schedules
