DNA Recruit, working with an Independent Creative Agency, is seeking a Mid-Weight Creative.

About the Role:

  • 3 month contract, reporting into senior creative leadership
  • Partnering closely with design and client teams to deliver high-quality, integrated creative
  • Concepting, crafting and executing ideas across multiple channels, campaign, social, POS, trade, experiential and launch activations
  • Switching confidently between sharp copy, art direction and fully integrated creative ideas, depending on the brief
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight turnarounds and high expectations
  • Bringing strong creative firepower alongside clear commercial awareness to every brief

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous agency experience within the Shopper/FMCG sector
  • Hands on experience and understanding of art direction and copywriting
  • A proven portfolio demonstrating integrated thinking across multiple channels
  • Highly conceptual, with excellent storytelling and craft
  • Confident presenting and pitching ideas to clients
  • Collaborative, positive and genuinely enjoyable to work with
  • Comfortable working hands-on, from early concepts through to execution
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion, digital or experiential experience advantageous

Contract: 3 Month FTC with potential to go perm
