Managing Director to spearhead its next phase of growth.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious agency leader who can combine commercial growth, exceptional client leadership and strong operational management with a genuine passion for creative and experiential work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the agency through its next phase of commercial and strategic growth.
  • Take overall responsibility for revenue, profitability and financial performance.
  • Develop new business opportunities and lead major pitches and senior client conversations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new partnerships.
  • Champion ambitious creative thinking and high-impact experiential work.
  • Lead, inspire and develop the senior leadership team and wider agency.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and creativity.
  • Oversee operational performance, resource planning and project delivery.
  • Ensure work is delivered to a high creative, commercial and client standard.
  • Drive greater efficiency and profitability across the business.
  • Represent the agency externally and strengthen its profile within the creative and experiential market.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Board to shape and deliver the long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior-level experience within an Experiential agency environment.
  • A proven track record of driving agency growth, revenue and profitability.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing agency P&L.
  • A strong track record of winning new business and developing high-value, long-term client relationships.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across creative, client services, production and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of experiential campaigns, creative development and end-to-end production.
  • Confident operating at Board and C-suite level, with the credibility to build strong senior stakeholder relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial, commercially focused approach to agency leadership, with a clear appetite for growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • An inspirational and collaborative leadership style, with a strong commitment to developing people and culture.
  • The ability to balance creative ambition with client expectations, operational delivery and commercial performance.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an established agency leader to take genuine ownership of a successful business and help shape its next chapter.
