The Role
DNA Recruit is partnering with a growing independent creative agency to find a senior, handsâon creative leader who wants real ownership and influence. This is a super exciting opportunity for a senior creative who still loves to be close to the work, shaping ideas from concept through to execution. The role spans brand, social and ecommerceâled creative, working across a mix of global brands.
You will play a key role in setting creative standards, leading projects endâtoâend, and helping shape the agency's creative output as it continues to grow. You will work closely with strategy and client teams, while also mentoring a small inâhouse team and collaborating with freelancers.
