About the Role

  • Lead senior client relationships across flagship accounts, ensuring long‑term growth, retention and commercial success.
  • Take ownership of key Food & Beverage clients, delivering integrated brand experience, activation and retail programmes.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, identifying new opportunities, expanding scopes and driving strategic conversations.
  • Play a pivotal role in new business, leading pitches and converting prospects into long‑term partnerships.
  • Champion creative excellence, ensuring all work is innovative, culturally relevant and flawlessly executed.
  • Translate complex creative ideas into clear, strategic and commercially viable solutions.
  • Oversee financial performance across accounts, managing budgets, forecasts and profitability.
  • Build and lead high‑performing teams, fostering a collaborative and ambitious culture.
  • Contribute to agency‑wide strategy, helping evolve the offering in line with market trends and client needs.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience at Senior Account Director level within a brand experience, experiential or integrated agency.
  • Strong track record of managing and growing senior client relationships.
  • Commercially astute with experience managing P&L, budgets and forecasting.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale experiential, retail or activation programmes.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate creative concepts into actionable plans.
  • Confident leading pitches and contributing to new business growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams.
  • Passion for culture, consumer behaviour and innovation within brand experience.

Salary: Up to £70‑85K per annum

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: 12‑Month FTC (with strong potential to become permanent)
