An established, fast-growing live events and production company is looking for a Scenic Project Manager to join its projects team. This is a hands-on role at the centre of delivering high-impact, visually impressive environments for a range of clients and venues. You’ll take ownership from brief through to on-site delivery, acting as the link between creative concept and physical build. This role suits someone with strong scenic construction knowledge who enjoys both the technical detail and the final execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage scenic projects from initial brief through to installation and completion
  • Interpret client requirements and translate them into practical, buildable solutions
  • Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar
  • Develop accurate costings, quotes, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams including workshop and technical departments
  • Manage external suppliers and oversee logistics
  • Lead on-site delivery, ensuring quality, finish, and timelines are met
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout each project lifecycle
