DNA Recruit is partnering with a leading Creative Media & Art Agency to recruit an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager for their growing London team. Renowned for delivering bold, hand-painted advertising campaigns, large-scale public art and culturally impactful brand experiences, this award-winning agency works with some of the world's biggest brands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency and direct clients
  • Track and update budgeting, margins, rebates, and project bookings
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting through spreadsheets
  • Oversee account administration and ensure strong attention to detail
  • Engage in regular face-to-face and phone contact with clients
  • Support key projects from initiation through delivery
  • Contribute to the ongoing cultural and creative vibrancy of the business

Experience Required

  • Previous account management experience within the OOH (out of home) sector or Media Planning agency
  • Proven ability to manage significant client relationships and sizeable revenue portfolios
  • Strong administrative skills and experience with data-driven reporting
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
  • Experience budgeting, tracking margins, and managing rebate agreements
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Charismatic, personable approach to client management
  • Awareness of or interest in new sector trends, e.g., AI, digital platforms, entrepreneurial thinking

Location: London/Hybrid

Salary: £45K–£55K pa + Bonus + Benefits
