We’re working with a global events business that’s redefining the B2B festival space, bringing together some of the most influential brands across technology, media, and business. As part of a high-performing commercial team, they’re now looking to hire an Account Manager to drive growth across a major international tech event portfolio. This is a commercially focused role with strong ownership, where you’ll manage key client relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities across a well-established and globally recognised event series.
The role:
- You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, leading all commercial conversations while delivering against revenue targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, leading negotiations and closing deals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of service and delivery.
- Build long-term relationships to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Generate revenue through a mix of inbound enquiries and proactive outreach.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery across all touchpoints.
- Maintain detailed account plans and CRM records (Salesforce).
- Build a strong presence in the market through social selling and industry engagement.
