As an Account Director, you will take the lead in managing and growing key client accounts, overseeing the development of experiential marketing campaigns, events, and projects from concept to completion. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior clients, ensuring their objectives are met through creative and commercially sound solutions. A solid understanding of production is key to this role; ideally, you will have previously worked as a Producer or Production Manager within an agency environment.
Key responsibilities:- Full ownership of client account management, from proposal to delivery.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships through strategic insight and partnership.
- Leading the delivery of large-scale, international experiential campaigns.
- Collaborating with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Driving new business opportunities and representing the agency at meetings and industry events.
- Managing budgets, profitability, and overall project efficiency.
- Maintaining high standards of process and quality control.
- Supporting resource planning and allocation in collaboration with the Planning Director.
- Leading and inspiring teams through trust, clarity, and example.
- Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within an Experiential or Events agency.
- Strong understanding of Production and Live Event delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Calm, composed, and confident in high-pressure situations.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Salary: £70K – £80K + Bonus + Benefits
