Are you a Client Services Director looking for an exciting new opportunity? DNA Recruit are partnering with a Leading Shopper Marketing Agency to find a commercially driven Client Services Director to lead UK and EU growth from their Leeds hub (with regular travel to Newcastle).
This agency goes far beyond in-store POS and e-commerce assets. They specialise in shopper-led strategy, category development, retailer engagement and innovation – helping global brands win at the point of purchase and beyond. With offices across the UK and internationally, they deliver impactful, insight-driven solutions for major global clients.
This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the Managing Director, with responsibility for driving client growth, commercial performance and team development across a significant portion of the agency.
About the Role- Client Leadership & Growth
- Build and deepen senior client relationships, identifying long‑term partnership opportunities
- Drive organic and accelerated growth across brand, category, engagement and innovation capabilities
- Lead annual planning, scope development and contract negotiations
- Partner with new business teams on pitches and onboarding
- Ensure the agency remains visible, trusted and strategically embedded within client organisations
- Leading the Work
- Oversee output across your client group, ensuring exceptional standards and measurable impact
- Shape responses to complex briefs across brand, category, engagement and innovation
- Align agency work with broader client business objectives and retailer requirements
- Champion KPIs, measurement frameworks and ROI‑led thinking
- Continuously elevate the role of shopper strategy within client businesses
