DNA Recruit are working with a growing Digital Agency seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist to support their sales growth ambitions across the UK mid-market. This agency is undergoing an exciting commercial shift and is on the lookout for a proactive, confident, and experienced meeting booker to fuel their pipeline with qualified discovery calls. With a suite of in-demand digital services and a strong operational backbone, they need a natural hunter who thrives in outbound and knows how to cut through the noise.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and phone calls, supported by data-driven tools.
  • Build tailored, multi-touch outreach sequences to initiate meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects using structured frameworks and schedule high-quality discovery calls for the wider sales team.
  • Promote a range of high-value digital solutions, including marketing retainers, media campaigns, and web & software development services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and share relevant insights with internal teams to inform campaign and content strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in lead generation, or outbound sales roles within a Digital/Marketing Agency.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Web services.
  • Proven track record in lead generation for Digital Marketing solutions (Paid Media, SEO, PPC).
  • Confident with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar.

Location: London/Hybrid

Salary: £40K–£45K base + performance bonus

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
