DNA Recruit is working with a leading Creative Agency supporting them in their search for a talented Influencer Partnerships Manager. With a client portfolio that includes global names in Sportswear and Retail, this agency is building culture-shaping campaigns through a mix of PR, Influencer Marketing, Social, and Experiential. They are now looking for a confident, organised, and creative professional who can own the delivery of paid influencer partnerships from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of paid influencer campaigns
- Identify, brief, and manage creators across lifestyle, sport, fashion, and beauty sectors
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and manage small-scale budgets
- Produce clear influencer briefs, content direction, and KPIs
- Analyse performance metrics and present campaign results
- Support and mentor junior members of the team
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years in an Influencer Marketing or Creative agency
- Proven experience in end-to-end paid partnership management, including strategy, execution, and reporting
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, cultural trends, and consumer insights
- Proven understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital culture, with the ability to collaborate effectively with social teams and leverage channels for influencer campaign success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment with a proactive, “never stand still” attitude
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to gain trust and respect from both clients and colleagues
- Deep interest in future trends and a passion for applying them in culturally relevant ways
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead conversations and deliver work
- Self-starting multi-tasker with a hunger to exceed expectations and deliver best-in-class work
