We are now expanding our presence and are looking for a Head of USA to lead this growth. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, driving business development, and leading a high-performing cross-border team. You will play a key part in shaping our USA operations while delivering a best-in-class recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow DNA’s client portfolio across various sectors.
- Drive new business development.
- Strengthen existing client relationships while opening new doors with key USA and global clients.
- Partner with our CEO to deliver strategy, growth, and revenue.
- Ensure clients and candidates are managed and cared for to provide a seamless, high-quality experience, maintaining strong and trusted relationships throughout.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in a Senior Recruitment or leadership role within a recruitment agency.
- Prior experience placing candidates in the marketing/advertising industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through successful placements and securing new client accounts, within the US market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Commercially minded, strategic, and confident with recruitment technology.
- Thrives in a remote-first, autonomous environment.
