As they continue their impressive global growth, we are looking to appoint a commercially sharp and visionary Head of New Business to join their senior leadership team in London.
This is a high-impact, global role with direct influence on revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion. As Head of New Business, you’ll lead the strategy, direction, and execution of global client acquisition efforts for a high-profile advisory unit. You will develop and implement a world-class global new business strategy, aligned with overarching commercial objectives:
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals and mentoring team members for success.
- Identify and secure high-value opportunities with new clients, ensuring pipeline conversion rates exceed 60%.
- Engage and influence senior executives within global organisations, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored advisory solutions.
- Lead the creation of sales frameworks, financial models, and proposals in partnership with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams.
- Represent the business at major industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to create content and campaigns that generate quality inbound leads and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including revenue growth, market penetration, and pipeline performance.
