Event Co-Ordinator (Freelance) Part-Time 3-Days Per Week Up to £200 Day Rate

Are you an experienced Event Operations Coordinator looking for part-time work 3 Days per week? If so, we want to hear from you!

DNA Recruit are working with a Global B2B Media Group who are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator. You’ll work closely with the internal membership and events teams to deliver a year-round programme of events. These range from in-person roundtables and networking dinners to webinars and online briefings for global professional communities.

You’ll be integral in ensuring each event runs smoothly, stays on brand, and delivers a high-quality experience to delegates and partners alike.

  • Source, negotiate and contract venues for small to mid-size business events (up to 100 attendees)
  • Oversee registration processes and coordinate on-the-day event support (London events only)
  • Coordinate pre-event communications and manage messaging
  • Liaise directly with sponsors regarding event assets and logistics
  • Contribute to a meaningful event programme that supports global professional communities.
