DNA Recruit has partnered with a top-tier UK Marketing Festival, bringing together senior marketers, agency leaders, and brands through dynamic live events and experiential activations. From major London and northern events to year-round content and lead‑generation platforms, this organisation enables brands to connect, engage, and grow their influence with the UK’s marketing community.

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Director with B2B sponsorship experience in live events and activations. You will drive new business, manage high‑value client accounts, and deliver creative, high‑impact partnership solutions across live events, content programmes, and experiential activations. This is a strategic, consultative sales role where your commercial insight, client relationships, and creativity will directly impact revenue and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell sponsorship and partnership packages across live events, hybrid programmes, and content initiatives
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients
  • Own and grow a portfolio of senior marketing and agency accounts
  • Develop tailored commercial strategies combining live experiences, content, and lead‑generation
  • Lead renewals, upsells, and multi‑channel partnership growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, production, operations) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Report on campaign performance, ROI, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B Sponsorship Sales within Events, Live Activations, or Experiential Marketing
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and growing accounts
  • Strong network of senior marketing, agency, or commercial contacts
  • Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills
  • Commercially minded, creative, and solution‑oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple high‑value accounts in a fast‑paced environment

Salary

Up to £65K + Uncapped Bonus

Location

London/Hybrid (1 day on‑site)
