A specialist live events and scenic production company is looking for a Technical Draftsperson to support the design, fabrication and delivery of bespoke live event environments, staging and scenic builds. Working closely with designers, project managers and workshop teams, this role will focus on translating creative concepts into accurate, practical and buildable technical drawing packages that support smooth project delivery from fabrication through to onsite installation.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce detailed technical drawings, layouts and fabrication packs for live events, staging and bespoke scenic builds
- Create floorplans, elevations, construction drawings and technical detailing packages
- Support production and fabrication teams with accurate build information and technical documentation
- Update and amend drawings throughout the project lifecycle based on client, production and workshop feedback
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers and onsite teams to ensure technical accuracy and practical execution
- Ensure drawings comply with venue regulations, health
