DNA Recruit are working with a Global Full-Service Agency that creates innovative, future-facing brand experiences across digital, social, and retail channels. About the Role: As Digital Designer, you’ll be a hands-on creative driving design excellence within a new Content Studio. Working across origination, bespoke asset creation, and rapid adaptations, you’ll produce impactful content for digital, social, and eCommerce channels, ensuring every piece aligns with the agency’s creative standards and brand integrity.

You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Editors to bring briefs to life and push the boundaries of efficiency using next-gen design and AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver static and motion assets across digital, social, and eCommerce channels.
  • Adapt master assets into multiple formats for multi-market rollout.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across outputs.
  • Manage tasks and deadlines via Jira and collaborate in Figma.
  • Experiment with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Midjourney to drive efficiency and creativity.

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of design experience in a fast-paced, high-volume agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with Figma, Jira, Celtra, and AI design tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for creative innovation.

Salary, Location & Reference

  • Salary: £45K + Benefits
  • Location: Surrey (4 days in office / 1 WFH)
  • Contract: 12-month FTC
