DNA Recruit is working with a highly respected and rapidly growing creative media organisation to recruit an ambitious Chief Revenue Officer.
This is a confidential opportunity to lead the company's commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth, strengthen agency partnerships, and build a high-performing sales function across multiple international markets.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial delivery and has a proven track record of growing revenue within the media, advertising, out-of-home (OOH), experiential or creative sectors.
About the Role
Chief Revenue Officer , you will take full ownership of the company's commercial performance across the UK and international markets.
You will develop long-term agency relationships, drive predictable revenue growth, enhance sales forecasting, and create scalable commercial processes that support continued expansion.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will shape commercial strategy while leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the company's overall revenue growth strategy across multiple international markets.
- Increase revenue through new business development, agency partnerships and strategic account growth.
- Build and strengthen senior relationships across media agencies, specialist agencies and holding groups.
- Develop agency penetration strategies and ensure engagement early in campaign planning cycles.
- Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing commercial and sales team.
- Implement clear objectives, KPIs and performance management frameworks.
- Develop scalable sales processes, forecasting models and pipeline management disciplines.
- Improve reporting across revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, retention and sales performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial strategy with product development and portfolio growth.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and maximise long-term business value.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven success in a senior commercial leadership role such as Chief Revenue Officer, Commercial Director, Sales Director or Revenue Director.
- Strong background within media, advertising, creative agencies, out-of-home advertising or related sectors.
- Demonstrable success delivering significant revenue growth and commercial transformation.
- Extensive experience building and managing relationships with media agencies and major brand clients.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong forecasting and pipeline management expertise.
- Experience implementing structured sales processes, CRM discipline and performance reporting.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Location
London/Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office (international travel expected)
Salary
£80,000–£90,000 + Uncapped OTE (£100,000–£120,000) + Excellent Benefits
