DNA Recruit is working with an established London-based Loyalty and Rewards Agency to find a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help businesses – from insurers to sports organisations – grow their member base, boost retention, and unlock new revenue streams.

About the Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding the agency’s client base across the UK and beyond. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new opportunities while nurturing strong client relationships to ensure continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Present tailored loyalty and reward solutions that help clients attract, retain, and engage members.
- Negotiate and close deals that create long‑term value for clients and their members.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to uncover new commercial opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the agency’s wider growth strategy.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with 5+ years’ experience and annual revenue achievements of £2.5M+.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
- Experience working with or selling into insurance providers, sports clubs, or member‑based organisations is highly desirable.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty marketing.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with D365 is a bonus.
- Background in loyalty, financial services, or sports marketing would be an advantage.
