A leading live events and production company is seeking an experienced Head of Lighting to take ownership of lighting design and delivery across a wide range of high‑profile, creative projects. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who combines strong creative vision with deep technical expertise and is comfortable leading teams, shaping client solutions, and overseeing delivery from brief through to onsite execution.
The Opportunity: As Head of Lighting, you’ll act as the senior authority on all lighting matters, guiding complex productions while mentoring and developing an established technical team. You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to elevate briefs, balance creative ambition with commercial responsibility, and ensure consistently high standards across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:
