Marketing Manager (12-14 Month Maternity Cover) Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | £40,000-£45,000 We're working with a well-established B2B technology business that's looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team on a 12-14 month maternity cover.
This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of marketing across an established brand while playing a key role in the growth of an exciting new product offering.
This is a broad, hands‑on role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, support international markets, and help shape the future direction of the brand.
Responsibilities Own integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
Develop and deliver brand marketing initiatives across multiple products.
Work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
Support international partners and distributors with marketing campaigns, content and collateral.
Manage content across multiple channels, including Linked In, email marketing and product communications.
Brief and manage internal creative teams and external agencies.
Coordinate marketing activity for exhibitions and industry events.
Analyse campaign performance and use insights to optimise future activity.
About You Previous experience in a broad Marketing Manager role.
Strong background delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
Experience working closely with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Confident managing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
Experience working across international markets or with channel partners would be advantageous but isn't essential.
