This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take real ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a key voice for the agency both internally and with clients and third parties. You'll be trusted to represent the agency's thinking, protect its values, and deliver first-rate client service across every account you touch.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of accounts, keeping a total grip on timings, budgets and quality
  • Working closely with the Account Director on marketing strategy and execution
  • Briefing and managing studio, creative and content teams from concept through to delivery
  • Handling client amends and challenges through to sign-off
  • Owning monthly forecasting, invoicing and account profitability
  • Spotting new business opportunities within existing accounts and flagging them to the wider team
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Attending exhibitions and trade shows
  • Running client meetings face to face and by phone, producing sharp contact reports with clear next steps
