About the Role:
As Art Director within a newly launched Content Studio, you’ll lead creative direction and ensure the delivery of high volumes of consistent, high-quality digital assets. Balancing speed with creativity, you’ll guide the visual execution of origination shoots, bespoke content creation, and template-driven adaptations across European markets.
You’ll act as the creative heartbeat of the studio, setting the vision, mentoring designers, and ensuring work remains on‑brand, innovative, and impactful across digital, social, and eCommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and elevate the creative direction of the Content Studio, ensuring consistent and on‑brand delivery.
- Direct still and motion shoots to create master assets for multi‑market rollouts.
- Shape briefs into effective design solutions, balancing efficiency and creativity.
- Oversee designers and editors, setting benchmarks for quality and consistency.
- Champion collaboration across campaign teams and European stakeholders.
- Utilise tools such as Figma, Jira, Celtra, and Adobe Firefly to enhance workflow and creative output.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Art Director in an agency environment.
- Strong digital portfolio spanning social, eCommerce, and campaign assets.
- Confident managing shoots, creative workflows, and multi‑market adaptations.
- Expertise with creative platforms: Figma, Jira, Celtra, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a high‑volume, fast‑turnaround environment.
Salary, Location & Reference:
- Salary: £45K–£50K + Benefits
- Location: Surrey (4 days in office / 1 WFH)
- Contract: 12‑month FTC
