Role Overview: The Account Director will lead major client accounts, ensuring strategic direction, commercial performance, and delivery excellence. They will oversee account teams, budgets, and processes, while collaborating across internal functions to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee campaigns from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and commercial performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and overall account profitability.
- Mentor and develop Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support new business activity through pitches, proposals, and client insights.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
