A creative live events and experiential production company is looking for a talented 3D Designer to join their growing team, helping deliver visually impactful environments and immersive brand experiences for corporate, live and experiential projects. This role will play a key part in the creative development process, taking projects from initial concept and pitch work through to final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, creatives, production teams and fabrication specialists to create engaging event spaces, scenic concepts, staging and bespoke environments that balance creativity with practical delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Create high-quality 3D visuals, renders and concept designs for live, corporate and experiential events
- Develop creative stage, scenic and environment concepts based on client briefs and project objectives
- Produce presentation visuals, mood boards and technical drawing packages to support pitches and project delivery
- Collaborate with production, technical and fabrication teams to ensure designs are achievable, buildable and commercially viable
- Support projects through the full lifecycle from concept development through to onsite execution
- Refine and adapt designs based on client feedback, technical requirements and budget considerations
- Work across multiple live projects simultaneously within a fast-paced production environment
- Keep up to date with design trends, materials, production techniques and emerging event technologies
The ideal background:
- Experience within live events, experiential, exhibitions, entertainment or scenic design environments
- Strong proficiency in software such as Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Vectorworks, 3ds Max or similar
- Strong rendering, visual presentation and spatial design skills
- Good understanding of live event production processes and scenic fabrication
- Ability to balance creative thinking with technical awareness and practical execution
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaborative working style
