DNA Recruit is working with a fast-growing Lead Generation Agency to appoint a senior operational leader who will take full ownership of the day-to-day performance and delivery of the agency. Working closely with the Managing Director, this role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, client retention, team performance and sustainable, profitable growth.

About the Role

As Managing Partner, you will lead the operational engine of the business, with clear accountability for performance, KPIs and client outcomes across the agency. You will ensure consistently high standards across delivery, people, clients and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and optimising the end-to-end delivery model across all client accounts, with a strong focus on performance and retention
  • Ensuring client work consistently meets agreed KPIs, SLAs and commercial expectations
  • Providing senior oversight, strategic input and escalation support on key accounts where required
  • Leading, coaching and developing the senior leadership team to drive accountability and results
  • Building and embedding clear performance frameworks for teams, aligned to client success and retention
  • Creating a culture of ownership, clarity, delivery excellence and continuous improvement
  • Owning key commercial levers including forecasting, margin management, capacity planning and utilisation
  • Overseeing billing accuracy, operational efficiency and bonus governance
  • Using data, performance metrics and client insight to inform decision-making and operational priorities
  • Partnering with senior leadership to evolve services, delivery frameworks and scalable ways of working
  • Leading teams confidently through periods of operational, structural and cultural change

Skills and Experience Required

  • Senior leadership experience within lead generation, performance marketing or agency environments
  • Proven track record of leading multi-client operations with clear accountability for performance and retention
  • Strong commercial ownership, with experience improving margins, efficiency and delivery outcomes
  • A credible, confident people leader with experience building stable, high-performing and high-retention teams
  • Highly comfortable working to KPIs, targets and performance metrics
  • Experience driving change, scaling services and embedding new operational processes
  • Calm, solutions-oriented, commercially minded and data-driven
