Role Summary
The Finance Transformation Support Manager will play a key role in delivering the Finance Transformation agenda, supporting the Head of Finance Transformation in driving process optimisation, systems implementation, and operating model change across the Finance function. This role will ensure that transformation initiatives are well‑coordinated, effectively executed, and embedded into business‑as‑usual finance operations.
Reports to: Group Financial Controller or Head of Compliance
Working hours: 37.5 per week
Working Location: London / Remote
Salary: ÂŁ45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Finance Transformation to design and deliver the transformation roadmap across process, systems, and reporting initiatives.
- Coordinate project workstreams — tracking milestones, identifying risks, and maintaining governance documentation.
- Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and other key business areas to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Support process mapping, data standardisation, and documentation of new ways of working.
- Develop and manage key project artefacts (RAIDs, steering papers, status updates, etc.)
- Support change management activity — communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance financial planning, reporting, and control processes.
About you
- Proven experience in finance transformation, PMO, or finance project delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of finance processes (planning, forecasting, reporting, month‑end, etc.).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Skilled communicator with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP or EPM implementation projects desirable (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Anaplan).
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
