About the role:
We’re looking for Business Development Executives to join our growing call centre team. Your role is pivotal to the success of our sales team and therefore the success of DNA Payments group. Most of the team are based in Hull and Nottingham; both sites are in the heart of the city centres. Working from home solutions can be discussed based on your ability to attend the Hull/Nottingham offices on occasion. You will be tasked with the initial contact and interactions to businesses within the UK and pitch DNA Payments as a solution to their payment systems. You will then arrange for a field specialist to visit them to do comparative quotes and close the sale. We are looking for target-led individuals that work well within a team and are looking for their next challenge. We value ambition, curiosity, and honesty – it’s in our DNA.
Key responsibilities
- Work from a predictive dialler system to contact prospective customers
- Set up meetings or calls between our customers and business development managers, ensuring that your sit rate (success of appointments attended) is always high
- Keep on top of call-backs (follow up calls with customers) to ensure we maximise every opportunity
- Act as part of a team and positively encourage those around you to hit targets
Competencies required

Skill/technical
It would be great if you had working knowledge of dialler, Salesforce but this isn’t essential.

Location: Hull Office
Salary: £24,000 basic salary (OTE £40,000-£50,000)
