Summary
This role is within our fast-paced & pro-active client services team.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls to the business, and predominantly qualifying new mortgage and finance leads by promptly contacting clients to discuss their requirements. You will become a subject matter expert across our services and the mortgage and finance industry, deep diving in to client circumstances and needs in order to successfully progress mortgage enquiries and arranging bookings with the relevant teams.
This role welcomes driven and resilient individuals directly into a fast-paced work environment that offers complex and specialist mortgage advice to clients.
You will ideally have recent experience in a similar telephony position in a professional environment where you are frequently on the telephone making outbound calls, or as a broker previously.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client information and track interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
