An international FTSE 250 company is seeking a Communications Analyst to join its Strategic Finance, Investor Relations and Communications function, supporting the delivery of impactful internal and external communications across a dynamic, international business. Reporting to the Group Communications Manager, the Communications Analyst will play a key role in delivering internal engagement initiatives, supporting media relations, and managing digital communication channels. The role involves creating high-quality content, coordinating communications across multiple teams and regions, supporting leadership messaging, and contributing to the company’s external reputation and brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will have light prior communications experience, with strong writing, organisational and stakeholder management skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with some exposure to media relations and digital channels. A proactive, detail-oriented approach, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support senior stakeholders, will be key to success in this role.
