DNA Autohaus is seeking a professional, organised, and commercially aware Marketing & Administrative Executive to support the continued growth of the business. This is a dynamic position combining customer relations, marketing coordination, social media management, and executive administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer communication, strengthening client engagement, and supporting the Director with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact between customers and the sales team, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with previous and existing customers through regular follow-up and engagement.
  • Create, coordinate, and distribute engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies to maximise engagement and brand visibility.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activity, and brand development initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve online presence and customer engagement.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director and sales team, including ad hoc business tasks and coordination duties.
  • Support general office administration and contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with both customers and internal teams. They will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer relations, or a similar role.
