Modern AI tooling sits at the heart of how we deliver, from Claude Code and Cursor through to Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.

The post holder may also be required to travel when required to carry out their role.

  • AI Solution Development
  • Pair with the founder on client and in‑house product builds, using Claude Code and Cursor as primary development tools.
  • Contribute to features across the development stack, including React and TypeScript front ends, .NET 9 APIs, Swift UI iOS apps, and Azure infrastructure defined in Bicep.
  • Help design, prototype and test AI solutions, including LLM integrations, retrieval‑augmented generation, agentic workflows and structured‑output patterns.
  • Build well‑scoped components and ship them through GitHub and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Support evaluation, observability and prompt iteration for live AI features.
  • M365 Platform Design and Transformation
  • Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages and Copilot Studio agents that automate manual processes.
  • Support client engagements across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

  • Experience using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini in study or work.
  • Comfortable picking up new tools quickly and learning by doing.
  • Logical, structured approach to problem solving.
