We are looking for 2 HE Quality Assurance Co-ordinators to join us at DN Colleges, working across our college sites. Roles are permanent and full time at 35.5 hours per week. Salary is £33,787 - £42,766.
Must be proactive and detail‑focused to support and enhance the quality of our Higher Education provision. Working within a central Quality Assurance team, you will play a key role in assuring academic standards, strengthening student outcomes, and ensuring compliance with external regulatory and awarding body requirements.

Key responsibilities:- Coordinate and support core Higher Education quality processes, including Boards of Examiners, annual monitoring and internal reviews.
- Manage and support student-related processes such as mitigation, academic misconduct and appeals, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Lead on the collection, analysis and reporting of the student voice, including internal surveys and national surveys where applicable.
- Liaise with External Examiners and partner institutions to ensure requirements are met and actions are followed through.
- Maintain clear, accurate quality records and a Higher Education quality calendar, supporting readiness for audit and review.
- Work with curriculum and quality colleagues to share good practice and support continuous improvement activity.
- A degree (or equivalent) and evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Experience of quality assurance processes within Higher Education or a comparable education setting.
- Working knowledge of the UK Higher Education regulatory and quality environment (for example OfS and QAA).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
