Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Personal Development sessions in line with the PD Scheme of Learning.
- Plan, develop and review PD curriculum content and resources as part of the PD Team.
- Support learners to develop essential behaviours, attitudes and employability skills.
- Maintain accurate digital learner records and manage initial learner concerns, referring appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, safeguarding, wellbeing and other support services.
- Contribute to wider College activities including careers guidance, CPD events and student‑focused initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to College policies including Safeguarding, Prevent, Health & Safety and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.

We are seeking a committed Personal Development Facilitator to support the delivery of our College Personal Development (PD) Strategy. Qualifications
- A relevant Level 3 (or above) vocational or professional qualification.
- Experience supporting learners in a teaching, tutoring, mentoring or coaching capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Confidence in using ICT to support teaching, learning and record‑keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
