Are you ready to inspire the engineers of tomorrow? DNCG are looking to recruit lecturers in Electrical Installation to join our dynamic team.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Experience working as an electrician
- 18th Edition is desirable
- Maths & English GCSE’s (C/Level 4 and above)
- A maintained subject knowledge on industry developments, and links with the sector.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning and working environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience to a cohort of engineering students.
- Implementing new technologies into programmes of study
- Building relationships both across group and externally with industry partners to further enhance the teaching experience, and encourage progression into industry
- Integrating functional skills into lessons.
- Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
